Our overriding mission is to help stop the returns problem.

To help with this mission, we charge a small fee of £3 for returns - which means that you make a considered purchase.

If your item is incorrect, faulty or damaged then we do of course waive this charge.

If you have an issue with an order, or want to return an item, you have 14 days to do so.

Free shipping for all orders over £80

All orders are shipped within two working days and are fully tracked with either Yodel or Royal Mail, depending on the item.

Smaller order shipping is £3.80 for a small or medium parcel.

LIKE NEW: These are brand new products and include: retailer returns, open box (product has been opened and returned), closed box returns, damaged box goods.

GENTLY USED: These are ex-display products that have been used in a shop or showroom and have some cosmetic wear.
