End of Line Stock
Expect a 20%-30% discount on the RRP
These items are brand new, unused, and in perfect condition.
This products will be replaced by newer models, different colour variations, or have other design changes by the brands, so they are clearing out their stock rooms to make room for updated versions.
Think of this as the sale section on the brands websites.
Customer Open-Box Returns
Expect a 20%-30% discount on the RRP
These are products have been previously purchased and returned by customers. This can be for various reasons, for example they may have changed their minds, unwanted gifts etc.
These items may have some slight cosmetic damage, scratches, or replaced parts, but they have all been thoroughly inspected and graded by the brands themselves.
This category only includes items graded A or B:
- Grade A: Like new condition, with little to no signs of use or cosmetic damage.
- Grade B: Good condition, with minor cosmetic blemishes or wear.
Customer Closed-Box Returns
Expect a 20%-30% discount on the RRP
These are products that have been returned to the retailer in their original, unopened packaging.
These items are brand new and untouched and in perfect condition.
Returns are often sent to a different warehouse to where they are shipped - which makes it more expensive to sort them back in.
Ex-Display Items
Expect a 30-60% discount on the RRP
These are products that have been used for display or demonstration purposes in shops or showrooms.
These will have a little bit of cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches or scuffs, but they are well-maintained and still in brilliant working condition.
Damaged Box Goods
Expect a 30-60% discount on the RRP
These products have damaged, imperfect or missing packaging, but the items inside are either brand new or may have minor scratches or blemishes.
The extent of the discount will depend on the condition of the product itself - and these items will have a full description of what this cosmetic damage might be.
